    1. Guy Noir loves the snow! He was ready to come in after about five minutes though. Most of it should be gone by the weekend *fingers crossed*.

  3. Man, it looks like another planet! Beautiful though with the color of the trees coming through... (and what pretty music you have on in the background. What is it?)

    1. The music is by a young Russian artist named Beshevli. At the top-right side of my blog under the hopping birds, just click on the music box and it will take you to the SoundCloud page. I love it and have interacted with several "unknown" but fabulous up and coming artists. It is quite fun because they actually comment back!

  4. Wow, Diane, this late in the season?? We have had temps of 84, today it is mid 60's, we had a huge thunderstorm last night. I hope it melts really fast. xo

  6. Hmmm, looks suspiciously like Alberta. At least you never have to worry about not being able to see Guy Noir in the backyard!

  7. Looks like a scene in a Canadian area! The photos are gorgeous --- just misplaced! It should look that way in January, not in April. What a contrast between Guy Noir and the snow. You can spot him from a mile away in there :)

The snow has not arrived here. At least not yet. I keep seeing warnings about snow and ice pellets and freezing rain, but so far, nothing. I'm hoping that this will be another one of those times when it just doesn't happen. We'll see...

  9. Diane, the pictures are beautiful, but I have to admit, it is time for the snow to go! We got the same snow and tomorrow, it's suppose to be freezing rain! Uggg! I love Guy Noir in the photos! So did my mom ;o) Big Hugs ;o)

  12. Oh, my! I saw on the news you got socked again up north. We had golf ball sized and bigger hail here in Eastern Nebraska. I think we're looking at a new paint job on the house. Stay warm.

  14. Dear Diane - this is beautiful but I wish it was not April's beauty...certainly looks more like January and February. Hope it melts soon. You are certainly making the best of it my friend. Take care - I will look up and ask that spring comes your way soon.

  15. O wow, how beautiful -- the snow, the cat, everything! Not quite spring... but I'm sure there's some flower or two poking up somewhere under all that!
